About Adv. Matan Abir Lev
Adv. Matan Abir Lev is an Israeli real estate attorney focusing on property transactions, real estate development, Israeli Land Authority matters, real estate taxation and the representation of buyers, investors and foreign residents.
He holds an LL.B. degree and completed his legal internship at one of Israel's leading real estate law firms, where he gained experience in real estate transactions, development projects, investment structures and matters involving foreign investors.
Alongside his legal practice, Adv. Abir Lev brings experience in entrepreneurship, business development, negotiations and the evaluation of real estate opportunities. This combination enables him to examine each transaction from both a legal and commercial perspective.
He has extensive knowledge of the real estate markets in Central Israel and Jerusalem and maintains close relationships with developers and market professionals, providing exposure to projects, pricing information and selected opportunities.
Leadership, Service and International Experience
Adv. Matan Abir Lev is a combat officer in the IDF Combat Engineering Corps and has served for many years in operational command roles. His military service reflects values of responsibility, commitment, leadership and the ability to perform under complex conditions.
